If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All shipping charges are calculated through Canada Post. You can view their website at https://www.canadapost.ca to find the current pricing for your address.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active in approximately 24 hours.

Refund Policy

Due to our products being handmade, we unfortunately do not offer returns or exchanges. 

When creating a handmade candle or soap, we test each and every batch to ensure that there are no defects to any of our products, on our end.

If you have any questions or concerns about a candle you receive, please contact us at info@maisonrose.co and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Please include your name and order number, along with a photo of your product, within 48 hours.
